As a Financial Aid Director I consider myself an educator and student at the same time. The educator part is the one I use to disseminate the knowledge I have regarding rules, regulations, and procedures to administrators, counselors, staff, students, etc. The student part comes when I go to conventions (NASFAA),meetings, or trainning with co-workers or partners on the field.
