Student Services at a small school
Currently, we have a very small student body. A lot of our students are working and going back to school and because we do not have a student services department I believe we forget about some of this things we can do to support our students efforts.

The rule strictly prohibits guarantee of employment. We can provide solid placement services and other services such as resume writing. The efforts that we put forth in career placement will benefit both the student in their career choice and the school in their outcomes.

My institution has a small student body as well but we make sure that the student is aware about what types of jobs and salaries they are able to obtain after graduation.
We offer career advising but never guarantee employment after they have obtained their degree ir certificate.

Just start making a list of available resources within your community. Sometimes just the sharing of a phone number can make a difference.
