How can we stay relevant and up to date on our institution's marketing strategy?

You can start by asking your prospective students how they learned about your school. Another suggestion is to have your marketing department provide the school with a copy of all advertisements. This should be a regular process as the CIE on site evaluator will ask for a copy of all marketing materials when they visit the campus.

Effective internal communication can help with this. Making sure to have a representative from each department including marketing at all staff or directors meetings is a good way to make sure that everyone has an idea of what is going on across the board.
