Alumni Association
I believe that it is good to be able to have former students speak to prospective ones. They would be able to give some insight and pointers to them.
I completely agree. An alumni association seems to be a little to no-cost option for networking and marketing. People spread the word and continue to interact with other former students who may end up being able to find them a position. -Megan

Placement - we have found over the years that past students are interested in hiring new/current students because they know from personal experience the type of employee/coworker our school produces
