Absolutely! They rely on us for information to coincide with their own research. Being knowledgeable about the program they are about to enter is a partnership we take on with them.

I agree that understanding your programs is critical to being both a good employee of the school but more importantly a good resource for our students. Without a knowledge the programs we wouldn't be giving prospective students a good understanding of what is required to be successful. This is a subject which I strive to always be fully up to speed on.

Everyone at the campus should understand the programs that it offers. Whether you go to admissions,student services,academics,financial services or career services,we all need to understand the programs and what it entails.
