Disclosures
Why is it so very important to disclose pertinent information before enrolling a student?
Judimith,
Students need to fully understand the refund policy and the procedures for withdrawing from school. Even though their thought process is not about withdrawing at that time it's important they know the ramifications of the withdrawal .

Yes, extremely important because of that, and also you avoid problems when a student decides to withdraw they enrollment for whatever reason and they know the institution procedure clearly and can not make any claim against.
Celeste,
You are also developing a solid's atmosphere of trust with the student. They depend upon you for the information at hand.
Patty Aronoff
Myki,
Full disclosure is about fair consumer practices. When you do not fully disclose, you are in essence breaking the law by misleading the student.
Patty Aronoff
Good question Myki, diclosing pertinent information before enrolling ensures the student has been provided the right information to make the most informed decision about his or her education. When the right expectations are set for the beginning and all aspects of enrollment have been address, this allows for the student to start their program with less lose ends and they can focus on the goal of earning their degree
