I agree. It makes it easier to talk about your policies, procedures, enrollment, placement and programs when you study them yourself. It makes it easy to convey your passion for the not only your position but the student's success. Our school recently experienced an admissions agent that was not familiar with the school or its programs and enrollment immediately suffered.
