CJ,
Many schools hold quick "stand-up" meetings daily to keep everyone quickly informed. During the week, additional meetings are set for more indepth training or discussions.

Meisy,
Good communication must travel both up and down the organizational hierarchy. Sounds like you have a great process in place.

Steve,
Another compliance review by self-audits or peer audits will ensure that the proper steps are being followed.

Our school has weekly meetings conducted by the campus president, director of education or director of admissions, in order to keep staff informed of important information, organizational changes, etc. We conduct periodic regulatory trainings to remain in compliance with government requirements for our institution. We also have periodic team and individual meetings to discuss pertinent issues regarding programs, students or other issues affecting out school.

Change is a constant and because of this we try to minimize the effect of change to our daily activity. The School Director holds a Director's meeting every 2-weeks (usually on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month). The Admissions Director holds an Admission meeting every two weeks (usually the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month. This allows for information to flow up and down the chain of command. We receive past information and provide new information as to policies, procedures, school events, progress reports and any other form of data relavent to our department and school. We like it and everyone contributes.
