I totally agree with you. and this should be a must in every institution.
I agree with you whole-heartedly, ZULEMA! Since the school, ultimatley, is resposible for what we say & do, they may want to keep us up to date on any & all changes both when they happen, as well as in the monthly meetings you mentioned earlier. It can only benefit the institutions to have monthly informative meetings regarding any changes to laws & regulations.
I agree with this statement! Employees should always be aware of the rules and regulations necessary to operate in their positions. Employers are being responsible if they update their staff with monthly meetings and the updates that come down from local, state or federal governing bodies. They would be putting their organizations at risk not to implement a similar practice.
