I would say Dominque's idea is great, an even better idea if this is done on the first day or so of class. I would think it is the burden of the prospective student to do research on the field. It seems to be an obvious conflict of interest for an Admissions Rep to boast about any particular field. Admission Reps should show verified statistics to justify any claims.

You should also be aware of the Career opportunities that available in their field upon graduation. Get to know your Career Services Department.
We have to invite companies on site to talk to students and be up to date with workforce development and some representatives on the job market.
