This is so true. Keeping your staff informed eliminates confusion between your staff members and your potential students. It also helps to set the guidelines and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
I feel that monthly meetings are very important and if there is an important update between meetings maybe a memo goes out or email where each individual must acknowledge receipt.
