I agree. I am so happy to now have this in place. I just started in admissions at my school 3 months ago and there is still so much I don't know. This is a big help especially because it gave me a starting point of the information to include and where to find it.

The resource note book is a great tool to have especially when you have to train new employees to work in the admission department. It has every piece of info and example that you would need. Updating this book is also very important to staying in compliance with rules and regulations.
