In the admissions department, it is necessary to have team meetings. Our director of admissions does a great job to be "one step ahead". It is great to regroup, discuss necessary changes, continually discuss our program, and use each other as resources to better ourselves.

Yes I have a similar situation. I enroll as well am the DOA. This creates a special bond between the admissions rep and myself because I am in the trenches.

Because we are small, in our institution I am the Director and also a Admission Rep. So I do perform different tasks. As we growth as school, more personnel will come with different tasks. I am sure that more meetings will be necessary to keep up with the communication and compliance for everyone.
