Follow the rules in the admissions dept

always remember to be honset and ethic when you are working in admissions. know your schools catlogs and polics and have fun! i love what i do and couldnt be happier.

I agree. I have only been in admissions for 4 months but i love every second of it. You are the person that they are coming to for advise and help in making a big change in their life and ultimately their future. That is why it is so important to be honest with them. You dont want them to make a decision off of false hopes and dreams.

I agree with you, ive only been here for 8 weeks and i love it, i love to connect with prospects and get them excited on joining an amazing school..

Mabel Armas Admission Leader

Beatriz,

I agree with you. In all jobs you should be honest and ethical when dealing with the public. However, admissions provides a unique relationship with the public. Here, you are not just selling one product and never see your customer again.

Admissions, you are guiding a prospect to take their current life and totally switch directions. We change lives.

That is not something to play around with.

Tom

Marisol,
It certainly is! The knowing of the rules and having the protection of them is very reassuring for all involved.

Patty Aronoff

It's great to keep up with all new rules and regulations. Is a great feeling when you know the material.

Brigette,

Absolutely! The rules and regs are the guiding force in staying compliant. As a consumer protection state to focus is to protect the student. But by following compliance guidelines, it protects the school s well.

MARIEFRANCE ,

Patricia ,

Honesty and integrity are the best guides. You can never go wrong.

Patty Aronoff

Beatriz ,
I am glad you love what you do! That will set you for success when you add the honesty and integrity to the mix.

Patty Aronoff

DONT lie, steal or cheat and you'll be good!!

I agree its import to know the rules and regulations for the admissions department. This will help us to maintain integrity and stay in compliance with the CIE and the Code of Ethics within our individual institutions.

Being knowledable and honest are very important keys in the admission process. We need to adhere to the rules and principles in accordance to the Florida Status rules and regualations. We needto familiarize ourselves with the information located in the student's catalog in order to assist the students and help them in making the best decision regarding their career.

Its always great to get updated, it creates the sense of urgency to learn the information to be able to properly assist every student, every day at anytime. Changing lives is how I see it.
