having experience in hospitals and accredited facilities, i understand how tedious it can be to meet on a regular basis. however, it is vital to the success of the organization to constantly keep everyone on the same page. at times, all staff gets engrossed with their own job and responsibilities that it is very hard to keep up and make sure things are being discussed consistently.

Meetings are very important. Make sure that anyone who is absent is brought up-to-date so that everyone remains current.
