Meetings
Meetings are time when lots of information can be given and received. If there are any questions, suggestion, of comments about the admissions process and procedures this is a great time to do so.
I agree that regular meetings are vital to keep everyone on the same page. It is also a great time to brainstorm ideas and look for ways to improve processes.
I totally agree, having meetings is the foundation to exploring any hidden information that was not obtain. Thats the perfect time to know whats up to date with the institution also getting together to brainstorm on any new ideas.
