Meeting via Skype
I've found that Skype is a huge boon to us in terms of keeping things up-to-date. Being able to hold meeting without having to travel has helped tremendously.
http://join.me is another good alternative for screensharing among more than 2 people.

There are many Internet connectivities available. Skype is often used for video conferencing.

I know gotomeetings you can screen share, but can you do video conf on there too? I want the best of both worlds! lol
we only use conference calls now- i really like the idea of being able to see the whole team. i'm going to mention this to my boss!
Good point Michael. Have you faced any hurdles in using Skype for meetings? We use GoToMeeting (includes screen sharing) and have had some adjustment pains (people NOT using their web cam or taking in way too much background noise). Also, once we got over the strange sense of talking to a screen, this has really worked well between our main campus and three offices.
