Agents spend time away from the campus?
One of the questions stated that "While agents spend most of their time away from the campus, it is vital that they attend the meetings"...I was under the impression that they were always at the campus giving tours and meeting with prospective students? I am slightly confused..

Agents are off site. It is highly recommended that they attend meetings on campus to keep that valuable connection.

This confused me too but then I went back to the terms and definitions section because I recalled it mentioning and I quote that an Agent is "A person who is employed [...] and who secures an application or accepts payment of fees from prospective students for the institution at any place other than the legal place of business of the institution." note the last part.
Based on my own previous Remote Sales experience, I was always required to participate, via telephone, in any of those key "remote" meetings"
