it was hard approved applicant satus
it was nice to know that in a new instituion shall not advertise ,share imformation with the media or implying solicit or recruit students it was every usefull somthing i didnt know .

You are not officially a school until the licensure is approved by the Commission. In that sense, you would be operating illegally.
