My concern is, which newspapers would you recommend for a Business School to advertise its programs? Mainly, the local newspapers are the ones being focused on, however, do you think the Magazines are a good source for Publicity?

It depends on who is reading the magazines. Are they your prospective students? This is where the Internet is a great resource. Google or Bing your school and see what shows up.
