I think that it should. Most people have internet access and use computers or smart phones for everything. Posting the catalog is also great for the enviornment. It saves trees. Information can be updated faster too!

I agree, we do have a catalog now but before the website was the catalog. It can preform the duties of it as well as marketing.

It is a great way to save paper as you stated. I would also make sure that there is a blurb on the enrollment agreement stating that the copy of the catalog can be found at www.xxxx.com This way they can't state they didn't know.

It should be. Always make sure that the copy of the catalog on the website is the most current one approved by the Commission.

I am not sure if it is but I definitely believe that this is a great idea because it saves so much paper and is easy to obtain whenever needed. You can't lose something that's online.
We are an online institution and encourage all participants and those who are interested to download the catalog.
A catalog can easily be uploaded onto a website in PDF Format.
