This is a common questions and a common misunderstanding we get from almost every student that has taken previous classes in a different college and by any reason they do not finish...they end up wasting that time

There are no guarantees and it is definitely up to the receiving institution.

This is a question that comes up often when talking to a prospective student. The only answer that can be given is the standard, "It is up to the receiving institution." I have not had anyone argue that answer. I think it is pretty cut and dry. Gives me the chance to say, "Finish here so you will not even have to visit that question!" Usually, that is agreed upon.
