transfer of credicts
any school I know can't transfer core courses... what happens when a school is shut down by the goberment and those students were almost finishing their program?
do they loose all that time and money?
there is any where they can go to ask?

It is part of the catalog review performed by the Commission during the licensure process.

The policy of transfer credits by the Institution, must be reviewed by the CIE?

In the state of Florida, there is a student protection fund administered by the Commission for Independent Education. If a school closes, the CIE will conduct a teachout.
