Even is Complaince doesnt come out and update us in meetings and etc. It is always updated in our catlaogs and operations manuel and etc. So it is our job to continue to stay afloat of the new rules and regulations.

It is always better to say that we don't know and seek the right information. Misleading the student can be as simple as providing incorrect information.

Very true, even when the representative is caught without pertinent knowledge, it is still important for them to admit and learn the information necessary.
I agree. A diligent worker will always seek knowledge for self-empowerment as well as for readiness to inform others
