Admission representative have the responsability to comunicate the students all information about the institution , for that reason is very important the agent training. Also information change every day and we need to continually refresh our knowledge as our profession.

Hello Patty,
I feel this is a very important area that can be overlooked to an extent in the day to day pressures of admissions. Our primary focus is and should always be the student and providing them with all of the information they need to make a good decision for their future. By having a complete understanding of all regulatory and individual institution policies and procedures this can be accomplished, but as mentioned in this training it is an ongoing process that for me requires prioritizing my time to make sure I am always current with regulations and policies.

If we give out the wrong or outdated information, we are misleading the student. This is against the law.

It is very important to update yourself monthly on the correct information about the institute. Giving out false/expired info always turns up into a mess!!
