Are the transcripts part of the enrollment agreement?

If a school requires a transcript for admission, such as high school or equivalent, then it must be verified by the submission of an official transcript.

No, Transcripts are only submitted by those students that ask for an evaluation of transcripts for possible trasfer of credits into our school.

Transfer credits must be evaluated by the authorized personnel in order to evaluate their transferability.
