Staying up-to-date
In any industry, whether it is Admissions, Medicine or Math, an employee needs to stay updated on any changes that occur not only on the school-level, but also within the state and nationwide. This is the only way representatives can assure they deliver the best customer service.
I agree Ann-Kathrin, if you aren't up to date on changes how then can you inform your students.
