Meetings are great for many different reasons. It keeps everyone up to date on policies and procedings, but it can also help to motivate the staff. The staff will have a chance to voice any concerns they may have. Meetings are also a great place for Admissions Representatives to share new techniques. Meetings are benefical to office morale as well.
I have quick huddles with my team every morning and afternoon. It helps us with following up with the student and keeps us all motivated.
I like to get with my staff every morning to go over "house keeping" issues and then once weekly to discuss product knowledge topics. It keeps up all on the same page since we're a large staff and gives us a chance to connect daily.
