One Campus, One Mission
Admissions certainly has a lot on their plate in order to be compliant while attracting students that will start and stay. That said, it seems to me that the campuses that succeed are the ones where admissions, student services, financial aid, and academics can work together for the benefit of the student.
Montrez,
It is a great reminder to all of us for the purpose of why we are here. Reviewing the mission statement of the school and understanding how each student is part of that mission statement is critical to our success.

Student experience and outcomes are the most important. Each department need to work together with one mission in mind, successful completion and successful placement assistance.
Zachary,
The state of Florida highly regulates admissions.. It is a consumer protection-state and has provided rules for compliance.

I agree that all departments need to work together for the benefit of the student. Without marketing you don't have admissions. Without admissions you don't have registrar, financial aid, etc... It is extremely important for everyone on the team to realize that they all play a major role in marketing and getting that student interested in their programs. Effective and accurate communication must be #1 priority amongst team members to create success and a good environment for staff and students.
