Up to date Information

I agree with always having up to date information about programs and departments. It is a key to always know what your selling and offering.

Margaret,

Honesty is your guidance. You quickly notify the student that you misinformed and provide them the accurate information.

Is there a 'retraction' guideline or policy that allows us to update information that we've shared if we learn that it is, in fact, out of date. What is the process for that?

Kevin,
This does exist in our world. However, the commission has established rules and regulations to protect consumers in nonpublic postsecondary schools. The regulations protect all activities regarding their education

I agree and would add that we NOW live in a world where dishonest and opportunistic individuals actively seek out chances to set up a poorly informed admissions rep for a law suit!

Yaremi,
If we are not current in our information, we lose our credibility. Consumers are very savvy with information today. If they know something you do not takes away from what you're trying to relate.
