Compliance
Personally, I have loved compliance training since I come from a background where "1 wrong word" could cost a million dollars suit. I find admission compliance easier to adhere than financial management compliance.
What have been your experiences?

This is the basis for fair consumer practices. Every thing we do and every bit of information that we provide cannot be misleading in anyway.

Compliance is the same on the educational end. One wrong word can bring on a law suit. These words can include things like 'guarantee' and 'promise'. It also includes things like mentioning specific numbers regarding placement, when you may not have the latest statistics. Or it can include quoting numbers in regards to salary one can expect to earn. It's an ever changing area and one that you must keep yourself abreast of on a daily basis.

From all my years of working a compliance, one word can change the entire meaning. I agree with you in that compliance is easier when all the efforts are put forth in understanding the rules and regulations and their application in our daily business.
