staying up to date and compliant

Catalogs are essentially a contract for the student and admissions reps must stay UP TO DATE

Kirsti,
The commission requires thecatalog the updated once a year during the renewal of licensure. Only the most current, approved catalog may be used..

If a cataloge is not up to date, there is no sense even sending it to a prospective student unless you attach an addendum stating the changes and that a new catalog is in the works. If you are offering a student a program with specific things they are wanting and they go to sign up for those courses and they are no longer available without notice, they will not be happy and you know when people are not happy with something they talk about that more to people they know than when they are happy.

Carla,

The catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school.
