Definatley the duties of a Financial Aid advisor. This area is out of our realm of expertise.
I believe that enrolling an individual that does not have the mental or physical capacities is a conflict cause you want to meet your goals but at the same time you always have to put your work ethics as number one.

One clear example is entrance testing. It needs to be conducted outside of the admissions process where test scores could be altered.
