Being Ethical Throughout the Admissions Process

I've worked in admissions for several years and found that when I'm ethical in enrolling the student it also helps the retention rate for other departments such as academics, career services and graduation which promotes the success of the student and the school .

Totally agree. The student need to know the true about everything. When you give the right information the student choose the better choice.

If you are ethical in the admissions process, it helps the students have trust in the school and assists in retention. If we are not properly disclosing the information to the applicant in the admissions process, the chances of the student dropping out is high. Our jobs, is to give all the information possible so that the student can make an informed decision as to how to proceed.

Very true, I couldn't agree with you more. Being ethical is a crucial part of our job, because I feel like it could also be a indirect or in some cases a direct reflection of the institution itself.

Ethics goes a long way! If you're honest and truthful, the student will realize that your school is also a honest and truthful institution.
