In our meetings, one strategy we use often is to share stories and questions that students have posed to the teams. We share how we answered, the resources provided, etc. We learn together and get a wider range of situations.

There are so many possible scenarios of questions that potential students may not know or think to ask. This is why the disclosures can be so important. By covering information in the disclosures completely and accurately, you are ethically providing the information to the consumer that they need to know.

Being ethical is something we could all strive to embody and make a part of all of our business dealings in addition to our work role as Admission Reps, Director of Admissions, etc. Conducting ourselves in an ethical manner helps us serve our students and prospective students with respect and dignity.

I agree. My husband many years ago was provided the wrong information to gain an enrollment. He was also encourage to take on students loans that were not required.
This unethical paractices, are part of the cause of why many students are suffering the burden of student loans that thwy are unable to pay.

Ethics is providing all the relevent information whether or not the person asked for it directly or not. Sometimes not providing information for the sole reason they didn't ask for it, is no excuse.
