Having the privilege of working with the preparation of our school catalog, enrollment agreement forms...etc, from it's initial stage and working along with CIE has provided me with a strong understanding of how Rules, Regulations, Statutes and of course a strong sence of Ethics all work hand in hand for all parties involved.

All catalog revisions must be approved by the Commission. The CIE office reviews all catalogs annually during the licensure renewal.

YOU SHOULD UP-DATE THE CATALOG ACCORDING TO NEW PROGRAMS AND ANY REVISION ON EXISITNG PROGRAMS

Minimally, every year. Anytime during the year when policies, tuition or calendars change. All catalogs must receive Commission approval before implementation.

How often should an institute's catalog be updated?

Since you worked on the catalog, your understanding is probably very thorough and have a new appreciation for all that it contains.
