Changes to the rules can happen at any time during the year. Only changes the statutes can happen during the legislative session at the beginning of every year.

Check put the Commission website. They also webcast the Commission meetings every two months. Also check out FAPSC, the Florida Association for Postsecondary schools and Colleges. they are your state school association.
