Training

Role playing training is helpful when training for the admissions interview.

Olga,
It is a fun way to learn. You have to have your heart into role-playing in order to make it work.

I love role playing because you can learn a lot better in a fun way. I agree that role playing give you a good opportunity to go over the real life situation of our prospective students

Patrick,

It's a fun way to do training. It's impromptu and no one knows what's going to come out.

Patty Aronoff

We use alot of role playing at our campus for not only our new hires but our existing reps as well. Its a great way to continue to keep yourself sharp and aware.

Elery,

Role-play is a great tool in admissions. Many departments use it as a constant development in how to deal with customers and their different situations.

Patty Aronoff

As new reps come in to the admissions office, role playing has been the main process we use to train. Even through conversation during a role play the programs are explained and the admissions process is learned faster.

Sheila,

Role playing can be a great way to learn. You never know what the other person is going to come up with and we must respond!

Patty Aronoff

WE ALWAYS USE ROLE PLAYING WHILE TRAINING WITH ADMISSIONS STAFF AND IT WORKS VERY WELL!

Erin,

Role playing is a fun approach to training to go over real life situations.

Patty Aronoff

I totally agree. It's important for admissions staff to practice what they are learning before they actually start the position. Role Playing has always been a part of the training process in with the schools I have worked for over the years.
