Training
Do employees who ONLY sell to consumer students need to be up to date on their CEUs? I have several employees who ONLY sell to business clients and not consumer students. They wouldn't be required to take this training, would they?
There are many staff members that have contact with potential students during the tour of the facility and the admissions process and it is beneficial for all to keep current with relevant legislation, rules, regulations and internal institutional policies and procedures.
Adrianne,
Agreed! Pay it forward and share your information with others. It's what makes a learning organization great.

Hello Shannon,
I would encourage you to look at the CEU's earned by taking this training from a different perspective. Do you have other options for training these employees to gain a culture of compliance? As well, it never hurts to communicate your required training further within your organization. You can gain some support as it relates to compliance. It's a good thing to have other offices and employees aligned with compliance rules.
I am just adding in my two cents. Good luck with finding other resources.

Shannon,
If your position fits the definition under the rule, then you would be required to have continuing education credits.
