Time management is important but I believe personal discipline is crucial. Learners must be honest with themselves as to whether an online venue is conducive to their learning. The commitment and dedication to completion cannot be overshadowed by an individuals ability to set time for studying if they do not actually study. This must be a key discussion within an interview.

I find it important to explain the benefits of the online program to students. Work at your pace, no need for transportation, can work on the program at anytime. I always recommend that they make a list of the pros and cons and review to see if online training would benefit them.
