Admissions Reps can increase their productivity by analyzing their prospects answers and probing further. Admissions reps should guide their and educate their prospect and address any incorrect perceptions gained from advertising.
This is really hard though. There are so many types of people out there and they don't all think the same as me. It's a fun part of my job to get people from different backgrounds, cultures, etc. to understand all we have to offer where they can make informed decisions. I learn new things and strategies every day.
