Enrollments Agreements
I feel it is important for the admissions personnel is always of aware of any changes in the enrollment agreement document.
Leslie,
We always need to be aware of any changes to the enrollment agreement. All modifications to the enrollment agreement must be approved by the Commission.
Patty Aronoff
Our Admissions department is always very well informed as to when there are any minimal changes to our Enrollment agreement.
Lindsay,
Admissions staff needs to know the enrollment agreement beyond just how to fill it out. We need to know the details behind each aspect of the document.
Patty Aronoff
John,
Our schools have many regulations to follow. Tough to follow but a necessity.
Patty Aronoff
I feel it is very important that admissions personnel are aware of what is included in the enrollment agreements and are aware of any changes. Our University includes vital information to students in the enrollment agreement including cost of attendance, refund polices, and more. Being knowledgeable about what you are asking your students to sign is a must in my book. Some students may need your help in explaining something in their agreement. Therefore I feel it's important to know of any changes.
Our enrollment agreement is updated regularly. The updates reflect any changes that either the FEDS, the State, or our accrediting agency. Tough to keep track of all three!!!
Adrianna,
Great idea! Words always sound different when read aloud.
Patty Aronoff
The Enrollment Agreement is one of the most important pieces in the admissions process. We always include the required information as well as a statement that the student signs agreeing that they have received all of the academy's policies and procedures. I always read it out loud to the student and then have them read it to make sure that they understand everything about their program before they sign it.
Megan,
We have to! It take personal commitment and dedication.
Patty Aronoff
I believe being as up to date as possible is the responsibility of an agent/advisor.
Laura,
We are required as a school to maintain student records which included the enrollment agreement in perpetuity (forever!) If a school closes or ceases operation, the records are to be turned over to the Commission for maintenance.
Patty Aronoff
It is important to keep digital and physical copies of the enrollment agreement (blank) from previous years. I know some universities have had litigation problems concerning missing enrollment agreements. It is a headache!
Bruce,
Whenever changes occur. They should always be current with regards to operational and regulatory changes.
Patty Aronoff
Hugo,
Absolutely! Once we know of changes we must adapt accordingly.
Patty Aronoff
Renate,
It is important that we are responsive to inquiries, with proper follow-up.
Patty Aronoff
how often do the agreements get updated?
yes I agree any cnages the school should be informed and documents should be correted.
Our 2013-2014 Enrollment Agreements are completed and current. Prospective students can download them from our website, but I often email them to interested students who call in and ask questions about our program. They are our future students!
Maria ,
Yes, there is no excuse for not being current. If we are not using the right enrollment agreement, a new one must be created and signed by all parties.
