It is! The enrollment agreement along with the catalog constitutes the contract between the student and the school.

I think that the enrollment agreement is one of the most important pieces of documents in the admission process. All staff should be aware of the document, they should be familiar with the contents, the do's and dont's, and should even fill oone out as an exercise so the administration can see what their knowledge is, ubut I believe that only an agent who has been properly trained and has been licensed should do this process with a student
