is the enrrollment agreement because when the student singns the enrrollment agreement they are accepting the tuition cost, time of the program, amount of credits, hours and rules and rights from the school catalog.(our Bible)

When a student signs the enrollment agreement, they state that they have read and received a copy of the catalog. The signature also constitutes the contract between the student and the school when the school representative signs as well.
