Placement

Being the Placement Leader at our school, I make sure that I never guarantee employment! I just show them the steps and the keys to hopefully gain employment!!

Trang,

There are no guarantees at all. Best possible scenario is that we produce a graduate who is welcomed into the community and find the job of their dreams.

Patty Aronoff

There are no guarantee on employment. But we can teach them the life experience and they have to work together with the employer to make is success. We have placement board with job hiring line up in our placement service department. The student can see and it motivate there learning skills.

Kristina,
There are no guarantees! We do need to provide placement assistance to our students and that will range with every school on the amount of assistance we can give.

Patty Aronoff

We cant gaurentee job placement. But we try to assist you.

Mike,
Whatever figures you report, your school needs to be able to cite and support the claims.

Patty Aronoff

Since we have an on-site placment partner we will quote generic lacement percentage...(i.e. "last year we were able to place over 90% of candidates who complete the program and earn the certifications.")

Chelsea,

You are correct, placement is not guaranteed. We are required to provide placement services.

Patty Aronoff

Anna,
We should be giving them life skills to use throughout their career.

Patty Aronoff

anthony,
Very good advice. When that happens, I never understand why they go through all the studies and give up.

Patty Aronoff

Rebekah,
No economy can guarantee employment. There is the individual factor that plays a very important part.

Patty Aronoff

Placement is not guaranteed. The student must be aware that they work in conjunction with placement staff in an effort to gain employment in the career field of study.

There is no guarantee employment, however, showing the students the steps to gain employment is a great way to guide the students.

No economy is that stable. And even if every student could get hired, sometimes the student doesn't do their part in finding a job. I've had students turn down a job because they changed their mind about their career after finishing their program with us. All we can do is get them as ready as they can be.

Any economy is not stable enough to guarantee employment

Ashley,
There are no guarantees! We can, however, do a very good job in preparing students in securing placement.
