Alumni are a great resource and help the prospective student visualize where they could be in the future. We are a small, relatively new college and haven't had many alumni. It's easy to forget to use them as a resource. I'm envious when attending college fairs and all the larger colleges have tables staffed by alumni... a goal for our future!!
This is an additional challenge for a new school - there are no alumni to draw on.
