You cannot use the social security number as an identifying number for any other purpose than social security. Financial aid does require the social security number through FASFA.

Any changes to material in the catalog must be complete completed right away. The catalog must be approved by the CIE. Most schools deal with this issue by completing an addendum to the catalog.

The enrollment along with the catalog constitutes the contract between the student and the school. When the student signs the enrollment agreement, they sign acknowledging they have read and received a copy of the catalog.

The enrollment agreement explains what is necessary for students to become enrolled in the program. It gives a list of required documents as well as capture contact information for student. If all required documents are not provided by the student, then they have not completed the enrollment process. This process must be completed before student can be accepted and attend class.
