Something that your school may want to consider is to create a brief intro (no more than 30 to 45 sec)as to what they can expect when they arrive to your school for a meeting.
The reason this works is because it eliminates any hesitation or fear they may be having to taking that initial step towards their dreams/goals.
By demonstrating other people (just like them) that are going to the same process, it sort of humanizes the whole trip. In my experience, people sometimes have misguided conceptions about going back to school and the process in general. Letting them see how easy this can be brings down theire defenses a little. Notice I said "just a little". The next step is to be transparent as to what the school offers.

We have a presence on Facebook but I had not thought of using YouTube to promote our school. It seems like a great way to show video demonstrations of our training programs and facilities. I will ask about implementing YouTube into our social media strategy. Thank you!
