Yes, refresh! This is where having a hard copy almost begs you to read more.
Patty Aronoff
That's right! All admissions should be up to date and aware of any updates or changes. At the end of the day you're responsible for knowing your job!
It is our responsibility to ensure that we are always in the know on changes that are happening. Keeping your resource guides up to date is imperative to staying on top of the changes. It always helps me "refresh" as I add or replace pages within it.
Laura ,
I like your saying! We should never assume and it is best to find the right answer.
Patty Aronoff
This is absolutely a must. There is always changes that occur with admissions. It is important to have up to date information and to be informed of the regulatory changes that occur. It is important in the role of admissions to ensure the right and accurate information is provided at all times. And, when in doubt, find it out!

jackie,
It is a must. Admissions is the forefront of the school and conducts business. They must be!
Patty Aronoff
It is absolutely prudent that all admissions staff be immediately aware of any changes, corrections or modifications to any part of the admissions process. This way, you can ensure that the public is being accurately informed and you can avoid problems or issues from any prospective students.
