I feel training is key to the admissions process. If a rep is not properly trained they increase the chances of giving the team and institution a bad name. Which could cause the institution to be shut down or be put under investigation for compliance. So training is key to transparency

I love learning new things about admissions as well as the different areas of our program. As an admissions representative, we tend to be the familiar face to the students so they will usually come to you first. I like at least knowing a little bit about how to help them and guide them in the right direction.
